CRCM Building Group is an Australia-wide builder of bespoke residential, commercial, and equine projects. This policy explains how we handle information collected through our website at www.crcm.com.au.

Information you send us through the contact form: your name, email address, phone number, project type, region, and the contents of your message.

Information collected automatically when you visit: anonymised device and browser information, pages viewed, approximate location, and ad-attribution identifiers collected by the third-party tools listed below.

We use the information you send us to respond to your enquiry and to discuss the scope and pricing of potential work. We use the information collected automatically to understand which parts of the site are useful and to measure the performance of any advertising we run on Meta platforms.

Enquiries are delivered directly to the relevant construction manager by email. We do not operate a customer database or CRM. Analytics data sits within our Google Analytics and Meta accounts under our usual access controls.

We share information only with the third-party providers listed in the next section, or otherwise where we are required to by law. We do not sell your information.

Google Analytics 4 measures site usage. It sets _ga and _ga_* cookies and sends usage data to Google. You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Meta Pixel measures advertising performance and supports remarketing on Facebook and Instagram. It sets the _fbp cookie and posts events to Meta. You can manage ad preferences from inside your Facebook or Instagram account settings.

Netlify, our hosting provider, records standard server access logs (IP address, user agent, request path) for security and uptime purposes.

Most browsers let you block or clear cookies through their settings. Doing so will not affect your ability to use this site.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information you have sent us. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

Our site is hosted by Netlify. We use Google Analytics 4 for measurement and Meta Pixel for advertising. Each of these providers holds and handles your data under its own privacy policy.

This site is not directed at children under sixteen, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date of the most recent update is shown at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected here when they take effect.
